Welcome to the 12th annual Ebda'a Competition, now proudly presented in partnership with the Dubai Business Group for Gold and Jewelry Designers (a Dubai Chamber initiative). This year, we're thrilled to expand our horizons beyond the UAE, inviting talented jewelry designers from around the globe to participate.
Founded and led by the acclaimed artist and jewelry designer Azza Al Qubaisi, Ebda'a has established itself as a prestigious platform for recognizing and nurturing exceptional talent. We aim to highlight and support innovative jewelry artists from across the world.

Eligibility
Age Requirement: Candidates must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Residency:
The competition is open to candidates globally, subject to any local laws and restrictions.
Originality:
Each candidate must guarantee that their design is original, has not been
previously published, and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Multiple Entries: Candidates may submit an unlimited number of designs with a single entry fee.
Previously Showcased Designs: The design submission cannot be something that has been previously showcased on any digital platform (e.g., websites, social media, other competitions, etc.). However, it is acceptable if the design has been manufactured before.
Entry Fee
Fee Amount: A non-refundable entry fee of 75 AED (approximately USD 20), payable in dirhams, allows for unlimited submissions.
Payment Method: The fee must be paid via this website. You can click here to proceed with payment.
Non-Refundable:
The entry fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including
disqualification or withdrawal from the competition.
How to Apply
To enter the competition, pay 75 AED (~USD 20), which allows unlimited entries in any category.
After payment, please download and fill out this form.
Then proceed with sending your design along with the form to the following email: ebdaa.award@arjmst.com.
In the subject or message, please mention:
1. First and Last Name
2. Your country of residence
3. The category you are submitting your design for
(e.g., Jane Doe, UAE, Message to the World)
Design Format: All designs must be submitted in PDF format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. The file should be no larger than 2MB.
Submission Deadline: Make sure to submit before October 3rd, 2024 or your entry won't be considered.
(The award ceremony is to take place on November 14th, 2024.)
Innovative Design Requirement: Candidates must confirm
that their design is an innovative creation and does not involve plagiarism, copying, or unauthorized use of existing designs.
Anonymity Requirement: When submitting the PDF of the design, candidates must ensure that it does not contain any identifiers, such as logos or the designer's name, as submissions will be evaluated anonymously.
